Baked Turkey Meatballs with Spinach Recipe

Image
This Baked Turkey Meatballs with Spinach recipe is healthy, full of flavor, and they’re baked in the oven so you won’t have to stand at the stove frying them. Several years later, I’m still making these meatballs for my family — and always with ground turkey. Baked Turkey Meatballs with Spinach Recipe Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 larg...

I decided to end the week with a recipe that’s a little different and off the beaten path, but one that my mom has always loved, baklava. As mentioned, baklava is a flaky Greek pastry consisting of phyllo dough, chopped nuts, and a sweet syrup that the nuts are soaked in. Usually, I might make baklava around the holidays, but I really wanted to create a lighter version fo...
